This might be the problem because now I can get a directory listing, but
when I go to transfar a file, I get the following:
Directory listing successful
Status: Resolving address of www.sq1bbs.com
Status: Connecting to 75.176.46.204:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Welcome to *Square One FTP Server FileZilla Server version
0.9.31 beta
Command: USER cocofriends
Response: 331 Password required for cocofriends
Command: PASS *********
Response: 421 Refusing connection. No more connections allowed from your IP.
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Delaying connection for 5 seconds due to previously failed
connection attempt...
Status: Disconnected from server
I Clicked 'Disconnects from currently visible server' button here.
Status: Resolving address of www.sq1bbs.com

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Welcome to *Square One FTP Server FileZilla Server version

Command: USER cocofriends
Response: 331 Password required for cocofriends
Command: PASS *********
Response: 230 Logged on
Status: Connected
Status: Starting download of /Rainbow/88/10-88.pdf
Command: CWD /Rainbow/88
Response: 250 CWD successful. "/Rainbow/88" is current directory.
Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/Rainbow/88" is current directory.
Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 Type set to I
Command: PORT 192,168,1,102,11,60
Response: 200 Port command successful
Command: RETR 10-88.pdf
Response: 150 Opening data channel for file transfer.
I browsed to the rainbow/88 folder and dragged the 10-88.pdf file to Loacl
Disk C: then I got the error listed above.
If I click the 'Disconnects from currently visible server' button, it closes
the listing and then starts to transfer the file.
Perhaps a minimum of 2 connections per IP address is required to browse and
transfer.
I also tried limit to 1 connection, 2,3,4, etc but made no difference. So it
may be a server-side setting?
I'm no FTP expert so sorry if it's something I'm doing wrong. I've just not
had this problem with FTPs before.

I think, but not posative that PASV requires multiple connections. IE
you log in on a connection, and then to retreive a dir or file etc it
opens another connection.
Your site works perfectly With FTP voyager. I have it set with PASV
off, and allow only one connection.
