[Coco] OS-9 Book

The book is available as a PDF file on the CoCo-List archive site. I don't have a copy of the disk. If anyone has it I'd appreciate it if they made a copy in DSK format and put it on the list archive site. I've retained copyright but allow this and a couple other sites to freely distribute.
