I agree, NitrOS9 on ARM would probably draw unwanted attention.  On
x86 it might be seen as nostalgia, but harmless in common sense terms
does not necessarily translate to harmless in the eyes of a corporate
legal department.  Doing an x86 clone has risks, including drawing the
attention of Radisys to NitrOS9 on 6809.  I hate to be a naysayer, I
just think there are some issues to be carefully considered here.
