Several years ago, I stupidly threw a copy of that book to the recycling 
bin. I was packing for a long-distance move, and I decided it was not 
worth keeping all the old CoCo stuff, which had been collecting dust for 
years. Needless to say, I now deeply regret that decision.

So if you decide to scan those pages, I will be among the first people 
to download a copy.
