[Coco] 256k upgrade

Wasn't there a series of articles in one of the Coco magazines regarding the
256K upgrade?

I know I had a long case Coco2 upgraded that way. I do not now remember the
details, but I do know that I created a special OS9 Level 1 boot disk, and
that it was able to use a large-ish Ram Disk.
