[Coco] LCD TV with CoCo 3

I'm looking into getting a small (17" to 19") LCD TV to hook to the
CoCo 3, for the upcoming Midwest Gaming Classic.

Anyone have any recommendations for ones that have worked via
composite?  The other main factor I want is CHEAP.

I will be looking for one that also has a VGA connector, so that
someday I could use the RGB to VGA converter with it.
