If you (or someone else knowledgable) can setup a basic example of 
hover-help for even one or two widgets, I'll be glad to flesh things out 
bit-by-bit.

My eclipse project is linked directly to sourceforge CVS, so it's very 
simple for me to stay up to date now.  I'm actually half-way able to 
navigate in eclipse, which surprises no one more than me :-).
