I think you should set IT.TOS ($1D) to be the same as IT.SCT.  

It's a historical thing.

There's a 2-Gig size limit, even with clustering.  Use the logical
values.

That I can't help you with.  It sounds like the 1.0 driver is being
cranky, and you've already gotten further with that version than I
ever did.

As far as that driver goes?  YOU are now the expert! ;-)
