[Coco] FOCAL upload

FOCAL 0.1 has been uploaded to

AFAIK the only issue this has involves ^C handling.  If you ^C while
the interpeter is waiting for input, the ^C will kill it.  This is
apparently because the C library freaks out when it finds a ^C in
stdin.

Except, of course, for the limitations built into the language, which
are significant, even crippling. ;-)
