[Coco] local pipe bomber finally nabbed (off topic)

Thanks to this clown, I've been dodging the drop boxes for over a 
month and using stamps.com more often.   We've had somebody planting 
so called pipe bombs, real or not, in drop boxes all over this area, 
one even as close as 15 minutes from here, and I was wondering when 
the FBI would come through, then today I see on Fox News.....  well, 
here ya go..  A clown in a wheelchair.
