[Coco] NitrOS-9 boot error codes

I have yet again misplaced the NitrOS-9 boot error code 
definitions.   Can someone post them or point me to a web page?  I 
can't turn up anything.

I'm seeing   KREL Boot Krn tb0 ...........................
........................ bt*j

then failed

It's the bt*j part I'm wondering about.

I don't need to know how to build a boot disk, but just what the 
errors are again.
