[Coco] NitrOS-9 Project Website

Today I have moved the NitrOS-9 Project website over to a Wiki hosted service on SourceForge.net.  So http://www.nitros9.org now points to the NitrOS-9 Project Wiki.

Moving to the Wiki gives us community collaboration on the documentation and writing aspect of the project -- anyone can sign up and edit the Wiki.

There is work to be done and I am asking for volunteers to edit and fix up the following pages:

- Getting Started With NitrOS-9
- NitrOS-9 Technical Reference
- The NitrOS-9 Windowing System

These are in Microsoft Word form in the docs/ folder of the NitrOS-9 project (see http://nitros9.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/nitros9/nitros9/docs/) and must converted to PDF every time they are updated.  I have now put them on the Wiki page as text dumps. There are formatting issues that need to be addressed, so anyone who has the time and desire, please sign up and let me know.  I'll set your account up so that you can make editing changes.

Beyond the documentation, this is a whole new and easy way to add collaborative content to the project.
