Mark came onto the list with an email in early September and stated that vacations and work 
has ate time away from answering emails, even time on this list and fulfilling his orders with 
Cloud9. I kind of know what he maybe going through at his regular job. Considering his work 
has lost 2/3rds of the employees due to layoffs, you are somewhat at the mercy of your 
employer as to work hours. It is hell to do the same amount of work with less people for any 
length of time. Very long hours and not much time for anything else. Let alone the family. 

Remember Cloud9 is not Mark's prime source of income. It is done for a love of the Coco 
and the community.
