[Coco] Test RS232 pak

No matter what I poke, I still get no activity from the Pak. I have one I
bought a week or so ago that does the same thing, so I feel that there is a
possibility that it is the Coco3 problem, since that is what I'm trying it
on. I'll try it on a Coco2 tomorrow. Thanks.
