It was called Soliddisk or Soliddrive. Sold for over $500 if I remember
correctly. I am going to find it in a Rainbow and post issue and page
number...

I think those were the surface mount 256k cartridges I used to drool
over in the Rainbow magazines. I could be wrong. Maybe they had 1
or 2 megs of storage.
