[Coco] OT: Windows Vista (puke!) infinite loop re-installing KB954430

Folks,
I apologize for asking a Windows Vista question here :)
My computer keeps trying to update "Security Update for Microsoft XML 
Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB954430)" over and over again.

Last week I went to Microsoft online chat help and they could'nt even 
get rid of it! LOL
