[Coco] GIME chip data collection

All,

maybe we should not only collect the GIME numbers but also the 
information about the CoCo3 it was found in (in the case it is still the 
original GIME the CoCo was bought with, I know many upgraded the GIME)

So other interesting information would be:

1) Original or replacement GIME?
If the answer is "replacement", people might be able to answer the 
questions below, if they have the original one still flying around.
If the answer is "original":
2) NTSC or Australian PAL CoCo?
3) USA or Korea made CoCo3?
4) Mainboard Revision?
5) Serial Number of the CoCo3?
6) Date when bought (only if bought first-hand. I know this might be a 
difficult question, but some might remember at least the year)?
7) Place where bought (if bought first-hand)?
