That is the name of the compressor that was used for smunching files back in 
those days.  There are, or were, versions for ar-1.2 and ar-1.3 & maybe ar-1.5 
on rtsi.  If not, I think I can probably find a copy and put it in the nitros9 
tree of my web page.

All of those are geared for more efficient, but more cpu intensive methods.
