[Coco] forums restore

The CoCo forums have been restored to a date a few weeks prior to the 
recent damage.  To anybody affected, please let me know if you can 
log in under your original account, etc.  Any messages posted in the 
past week went into the bit bucket.  I'm also going to delete at 
least 100 bogus forum accounts (some are obvious) and do some 
database optimizing.
