I've seen the name thrown around elsewhere on the web.  I don't know 
why so many people use the word CoCo now but even the grocery store 
up the road has a huge oval sign that says (COCO), I think standing 
for Corrine Odom / Corrine Odom, the old lady who owns most of the 
property around here.  "Coco Properties" she goes by.  :)
