[Coco] CoCoNet status

I'd agree with C++ (or C# without using C# extras) and even if you use
"Visual" it should (IMHO) still be portable.
As for VisualBasic, it is definitately not "limited to support within Office
applications" - although Office (and some other apps) does use a VB subset
for its macro/utility environment.  VB however isn't as portable.
