Pic is good don't worry... looks like the CPU is getting stuck right upon
boot - could be a missing chip on its socket, could be the CPU itself. As
you mentioned something is rattling in there do check for a loose IC, if
that is the case post the chip numbers and the CoCo fans here will be able
to know what it is and where and how it goes in the board.
