Color Max Deluxe has been scanned, and should be out there, since I scanned 
it. Sadly, I'm ~6000km from my collection for the next 3 months.

Yeah, I'm in the Philippines again, spending time with my wife and son.

Brian Palmer may have a copy of Color Max Deluxe available.... Brian?
