'Radio Shack' was none too bright of a name. A radio shack was a
wireless/radio structure added on deck to a ship in the early days. It isn't
really copyrightable (unlike Kodak) despite the best efforts of their
lawyers.

OTOH 'The Shack' is even worse - could mean the Love Shack!
