Can't.  That's not what it's for. 
To draw shapes and stuff you want to look at other statements, such as:

SET / RESET
PSET / PRESET
HSET / HRESET (CoCo 3)
CIRCLE
HCIRCLE (CoCo 3)
LINE
HLINE (CoCo 3)
DRAW
HDRAW (CoCo 3)
