[Coco] corrupt file on maltedmedia FTP and a question

The file hc9-85.pdf in the FTP section of maltedmedia.com appears to be too short, and is corrupt. (comes in at 17,332,228 bytes all the rest located in that folder are about 8-10x that size.) It's in the hotcoco folder.

Also, is the work on this series still going on? (don't see Aug '83 or any '84, and we have a bad Sept '85)
