[Coco] bloated OS-9 modules

I was just looking at the size of my os9boot file even after removing 
a few unused modules and am still at 24716 bytes.

Scratching my head for a minute, I quickly noticed what was hogging 
most of that space.

The RBF module is a whopping 4846 bytes ?!

CoWIn @ a whopping 8022 bytes ?!  What all does this module do?

Also, what is the VTIO module?
