Ryan,
The FD-55F-03-U are 96tpi drives, or better know as double-sided 80 
track drives.  You will be able to use them with an unmodified coco 
controller, but won't be able to read/write standard 48tpi drives ( the 
regular 35 or 40 tracks)
With Nitros9 or OS9 you can use the full capacity of the drives by 
modifying the device descriptors.
