[Coco] Scanned in manual for OS-9 Assembler

Hi Bob,

As a habit, I usually avoid B/W scans and rather do grayscale, because I had
some experience making them blocky and harder to read. With most of these
docs, I see now, I actually can easily scan them in B/W. Thanks for making
me aware of this! I will try it out...
