I try not to decide. I'll put them where you suggest. I've had the
contents reorganized twice by others, and it was such a pain that I put
stuff where the uploading person suggests!

FTP only. It keeps the bandwidth lower, as robots tend to ignore FTP
archives. Since there's a lot of stuff here, a few robots take a lot of
bandwidth!
