No- but I re-cabled the drives so the proper DS line goes to the right
drive. CoCo Drive 0 -> DS1 on first drive, CoCo Drive 1 to DS1 on second
drive

Are you running the 3.5 and 5.25 on the same cable? If not, you may
encounter termination issues. Try with a 5.25 drive 0 and a 3.5 drive 1
and see if that changes anything
