Boisy, remember that UPS ships up to 150 lbs. and can be crated with 
wood or whatever you want even for normal ground delivery.  You could 
build a crate out of spare wood and use thick stryofoam padding for 
the inside.  The shipping label can be stuck to the wood somewhere.
