[Coco] Determining OS-9 Floppy Type

difirentiating between a DS40 and an SS80 disk as both will have 1440 
sectors....

Sides	Tracks	Sectors
1	40	 720
2	40	1440
1	80	1440
2 	80	2880

Of course for most people this won't be a problem as they would not be 
likley to have disks of both formats, but something worth bearing in mind.
