The device descriptor for /h1 is pointed to /h0.  This should be fixable 
with DMODE.  Otherwise you need to remove the /h1 descriptor and replace it 
with the correct one.  You may need to COBBLER, CONFIG, or OS9GEN a new boot 
disk.
