[Coco] CoCoDisk Update v03

Darren,

I haven't had the time to look at CoCoDisk yet, but if you could post 
the command-line format, I could add support in the Rainbow IDE in a 
matter of minutes, giving yet one more option besides imgtool.exe, 
decb.exe, and os9.exe.

Right now, these are hard-coded in the IDE, but maybe 2.x will let 
one add and customize the options just like you can with an assembler 
or compiler.
