[Coco] dumplsn0 util

Ok,

Decided to send this to the list as the archive's only 45K :) ,

That failed, so have put on the web here :-

contained in the arechive is the source, and a disk image of dumplsn0, 
disk image is ss40, so should work in pretty much any OS9/Nitros system.

Usage of the command is :-

/dx/dumplsn0 /dy@

Where /dx is the drive dumplsn0 is on and /dy is the drive you want the 
info for.

Hope this is of use to someone :)

File is in Linux/Unix gzipped tar format, as I know some of you use 
Linux/Macs which can handle this natively, and the windows people should 
be able to open it with winzip.
