I've got an A500 with a dead keyboard I was thinking of parting out... but
hate to because it works otherwise.

They're not bad little computers if you're a console fan :)
> Just remember... Tandy killed the CoCo in favor of these machines!
Yea, but let's face it, who was going to buy a computer that's not PC
compatible? The coco3 really pushed the limits of an 8-bit computer in
many respects, and was being sold in an era where most other computer
companies were moving to 16 or 32 bit CPUs.

Who said A500? The 2000 or 3000 would be much easier to stick a newer
board in (but would be much sadder to see gutted.
> Anyone need a working 1000 EX motherboard?
I had 3 of these computers, gave one away on Craig's List, still have two
more that I'm planning to sell.... if anyone wants the whole working
computer :) I was thinking of sticking an ethernet board in one and
making it into a terminal w/ DOS telnet and packet driver, but never did.
