I'm trying to remember if I saw such a program in Rainbow, but nowadays the best way to restructure Basic programs is on a PC text editor (I use one with tabbed interface for editing multiple docs).
Just save to a 3.5 floppy in ascii format (SAVE"file",A), then transfer the file (I use port.exe) and edit on the PC. Transfer back to the floppy, LOAD and then SAVE without the A option. I found that character 127 (CC3 underscore) is lost in the conversion, so I would change it in the PC and wrote a small subroutine that fixed them in the CoCo.

Subject: [Coco] REM and spaces removal
Years ago I had a program that could remove all the REMs and unnecessary
spaces from a BASIC program. A great space saving tool.
Anybody know what could have been, or if there is anything similar around?
