[Coco] Rainbow IDE 2.0 and OS-9 Development

I'm looking for the OS-9 Level One and Two system equate files for 
the assemblers ASM and RMA/Rlink... in Windows text format.

I could extract these from my OS-9 disks but I wanted to save some 
time by asking to see if anyone actually has these on their PC or 
know where I can find them on the web?
