[Coco] Dragon to CoCo Conversion....

I "simply" desoldered all the switches from the PC board, keeping the frame 
the switches were mounted in.  It was a tedious job, wiring the matrix 
switch by switch.  I wore out the first one and repeated the task.  It was 
the cheapest way to get a good keyboard for the CoCo 1.
