You might try m2o (MS-DOS to OS-9).  It's available on RTSI as m2o.lzh. 
I found it under os9/os9_6x09/apps.  I would have expected it to be
under utilities, as I don't think a program this simple qualifies as an
app, but whatever.  It has companion pieces, o2u (UNIX), and u2o, but I
don't see an o2m (however, there is an addlf.lzh, if you want to go that
way.)
