Pharmacy help desks are a horror. One of the biggest companies had calls answered in India but got too many complaints of the Indians getting nasty. Now your call gets answered in the Philippines. You give your name, pharmacy name, pharmacy ID number, pharmacy phone number, patient's ID number, patient's name, patient's birthday, THEN tell them your problem. They never can help you so you get transferred to the US, and you get to give your name, pharmacy name, pharmacy ID number, pharmacy phone number, patient's ID number, patient's name, patient's birthday, THEN tell them your problem.
They didn't warn us about this stuff in school.

Good ole tech support.......
I also have to agree with others of the out sourcing of support to
other countries. I called Honeywell the other day and was in India.
They couldn't help me an referred me back to Mpls, Mn(where I was
calling from) for help. At that time I had someone that knew what I
was talking about and it was less than a 5 min. call with all
questions answered.
