[Coco] OS/2 Warp splash screen on XP

I'll have to look this "BootSkin" up. Now why haven't one of you guys who know about it made a CoCo 3 splash screen?? The blinking cursor would be the "working" indicator, though it wouldn't track progress. Maybe a period working out from the cursor if you felt the need for one and it can be easily done...
