Got it thanks so much... This will all help out guys. I will be sending him  
45 dallars so he can get a phone card. I am heading to the post office as we  
speak. Hopefully he will be able to call me and tell me who to send his rent  
payment to so he can keep his things in his apartment until we can arrange for 
 someone to pick his stuff up and then work out mailing his things to him.
