Indeed, that is sad, Rod. But exactly the same thing happens here in
Brazil to people who want to travel to the US as a tourist. It is
extremely difficult to get a VISITOR VISA, extremely. Every brazilian
must provide a huge number of documents (paycheck, IRS etc.) and must
be interviewed, face to face, at the American Embassy in São Paulo.
I have an old dream of visiting the U.S., because I love you, guys,
but getting a Visitor VISA is getting really difficult these days.
