Frank:
Unfortunately I have to agree with you. Like so many
times when something like this happens and people like us
want to help, we engage in wishful thinking. You are not
being hard-hearted, just pragmatic and I understand where
you are coming from.
I really do hope that we as friends can help him in some
way. I think the best thing for us is to organize to help
him get his stuff and connect with those he knew in his
home towm so we can take care of his CoCos and other
comptuers, as wells as make sure his cats are taken care
of.
I received a cached Yahoo IM from Diego when I logged in
lastnight. It was sent at 8:40 AM and I logged in around
8:00 PM Yahoo IM is currently listing his status as Idle,
so I don't know if he still has access to his cell or not.
Let's try and get organized, and find out who from his
home town we can work with to help him. Let's wait to see
if Mary wants to take on the task of collecting funds for
Diego. If she is too busy I will do it, since I do have a
PayPal account, but that is Mary's call right now.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Charlie Pelozi
in New Jersey? He is about 30 miles from Elizabeth NJ
which is where Diego lived. If there are any CoCoNuts in
NY, please let us know if you can some how contact Diego.
