[Coco] NitrOS-9 Document Update

All,

I've posted a new NitrOS-9 document, "NitrOS-9 Technical Reference"  
to the NitrOS-9 Project SourceForge page.  A quick link is here:

This document is massive and as such, probably has some errors.   
There are definitely omissions from a system call standpoint, as well  
as other things that need to be addressed (identifying a system call  
as Level 2 only, etc).

This comes close to totally and completely replacing the OS-9  
documentation for the CoCo as provided by Tandy Corp.  All that is  
really left is the Basic09 guide.
