Nevermind, I found the problem. Operator error. As in the soldering iron operator. Me. I soldered in an extra jumper that should not have been there (yeah, I was tired when I was working on this...). Once I figured that out and removed the jumper, all is well. All keys work as they should.
Now, I need to get a good copy of LDOS and a manual... off to the internet I go....

This is an improvement considering that over half of the keyboard didn't work when I started. But I need either a schematic or a picture of the area that has the hole in to see where exactly I screwed up...
