[Coco] 63C09EP limited source

Good afternoon all. As the text below and the subject shows, I have found a (limited) source for some 63C09EP processors. It is an 'obsolete parts' dealer with an office here in  Florida. He shows 38 in stock, and just under $30 a piece. 

I was wondering what your thoughts would be on this. I certainly cannot afford $1140 for these and I have no clue if he'd be willing to sell a smaller quantity. On the other hand, out of about 10 quote requests, this guy is the only one who responded to my inquiry.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
