[Coco] Reading and Writing CoCo RSDOS disks on PC

that's actually the exact order that I tried it in!
Actually, first I tried formatting dskini, then port to read.
Didn't work. Formatted with dos. Copied to, read back.
Worked. dskini format again, then port, no avail.
